While we are embarked on a journey to create such a world for our children, this children's day we decided to give ourselves a breather and celebrate our children in a much grandeur way than we always do. The children's day in a glimpse happened to be a day of fun, laughter, and enjoyment. This time, our teachers took the responsibility of entertaining the students on themselves. The day was filled with cultural events performed by both the teachers and the students. Class teachers conducted games for their class children. Also, all the class teachers presented gifts personally to their children. Children were given prizes for their active involvement in various events which happened in the previous quarter such as drawing competition, essay competition, project exhibitions and many more.
All the children were treated with food and the highlight of the day was that the students themselves managed the food waste. The students of X STD and XII STD took the responsibility of assisting the teachers in serving food and managing waste. The food waste was prevented from being thrown away along with plates and was composted properly. Following are some of the highlights of the day.
